Consultant compensation
Consultant positions at Everence offer excellent income potential. Successful consultants find a direct correlation between hard work and their income. For new consultants, our base salary offers a way to earn a competitive income while getting started. At many competing firms, newer consultants depend much more heavily on commissions and bonuses – making for a more difficult start-up.
In addition to competitive base salaries and generous fringe benefits, various levels of bonuses can be earned, adding up to significant total compensation potential.

Our corporate headquarters are located in Goshen, Indiana – a small and vibrant city in northern Indiana, filled with people working for the common good (including some 200 Everence employees).
