Eric Schroll, CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, is an Everence® Financial Planner for the Northeast Ohio core market, working out of the Hartville office. He enjoys finding out what his clients are passionate about and helping them be more effective with their financial choices so they can live more generously, be more efficient with their taxes, and better combine their faith with their financial decisions.
Eric is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has served in an advisory capacity on the President’s Council at Everence, the discretionary asset management committee, and a project team to create a holistic approach to financial planning.
He graduated from Cedarville (Ohio) University and has a Master’s degree from Kent State University. He worked for more than 15 years as an educator and administrator at Lake Center Christian School, as well as coaching soccer there when his children were younger. He now teaches a high school course on personal finance at Lake Center.
Eric, his wife and their three children attend the Chapel in North Canton, where he serves as an elder. He also speaks at churches and organizations on topics such as managing your money, understanding Social Security and Medicare, socially responsible investments and charitable giving. He is available to meet with individuals and couples, as well as to teach an occasional Sunday school class or lead a presentation.
