George Finney serves as National Director of Retirement Services with Everence Trust Company. George is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and has more than 30 years of retirement plan sales and service experience. George joined Everence in January 2011 and before this, most notably worked for T. Rowe Price, Legg Mason and Fulton Financial Advisors.
George has held Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses and holds the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College of Financial Planning. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from Marietta College, Ohio.
George, his wife Lesley, and two daughters are members of St. James Church where he leads the team of ushers. George previously served on the finance committee, the board of endowments and on vestry at the church. George served 10 years as the finance committee chair for Lancaster Country Day School and has since rejoined the board after finishing a 12- year board term in the spring of 2019. George is in his second term on the board of trustees for the North Museum in Lancaster.
