Giovanni Paulino-Santiago is a Member Services Representative at Everence® Federal Credit Union in Kensington, Philadelphia. In his role, Giovanni provides current and future members with exceptional service at the credit union by ensuring their everyday banking needs are met.

Giovanni brings over seven years of customer service and leadership experience in the Philadelphia area to Everence. In his free time, Giovanni enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and studying the Bible, and positively impacting his church community.
