Rachel Swartzendruber Miller is the Regional Director of National West for Everence Financial. In her role, Rachel connects with individuals, churches, organizations and communities across the western United States to provide financial stewardship resourcing that helps clients integrate their faith with their financial decisions.

“I greatly enjoy leading teams and feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to work with our Everence staff in these regions who are focused on helping people grow their own financial success, and also the success and impact of the people, causes and organizations they care deeply about,” Rachel said.
Before joining Everence in 2024, Rachel worked as Vice President of Advancement at Hesston (Kansas) College. She earned an associate degree from Hesston, a bachelor’s in communication from Goshen (Indiana) College, a master’s in communication from Wichita (Kansas) State University, and a Ph.D. in leadership studies from Andrews University (Berrien Springs, Michigan). She also serves on the board of directors for the Central Kansas Community Foundation (Newton, Kansas).
In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling with friends and family and tending goats on her farm in southeast Iowa with her husband Tyson Miller and her two young sons, Oliver and Ames. They attend West Union Mennonite Church.
