Roger is a graduate of the University of Akron, where he majored in finance and marketing. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Malone University in Canton, Ohio.
Roger serves as a volunteer at River Tree Christian Church and involved with youth sports through the YMCA in Uniontown, Ohio. Roger and his wife, Sarah, have four children.
