Steve Burkholder, CFP®, is a Financial Planner focused on helping individuals and groups through financial and charitable giving services.
Steve serves individuals in two distinct areas: the first is comprehensive fee-based financial planning that aligns with your values and gives you confidence in your financial decision making.
The second is investment management. Steve believes it is essential for his values-driven clients to consider how their investment, retirement, and charitable accounts can help them achieve their goals.
Socially responsible investing (SRI) gives clients the option to invest in companies that positively impact the world and communities.
Steve always begins a client relationship with a free consultation, getting to know you and your story to determine which path is most appropriate. He looks forward to navigating this financial journey alongside you.
Steve graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in mathematics education. He joined Everence in 2019 after spending six years teaching middle and high school math. He volunteers as a board member of Scholars Latino Initiative and is an active member of Eastside Church.
He and his wife, Olivia, have two children. Steve enjoys running, learning a new board game, playing golf, and coaching kid’s sporting activities.
