Opportunity micro loan

Opportunity micro loan

An alternative to check cashing and payday lending, these loans provide the opportunity to pay off previous small loans while building credit scores.

Loan amount: $500 up to $2,000 if a previous credit builder loan, opportunity micro loan or employer-sponsored loan has been repaid in full.
Loan term: maximum of 12 months.
No more than one opportunity micro loan at a time.
No minimum credit score required.

Home improvement loan

Home improvement loan

Designed to help with home repairs to prevent small problems from growing into even larger problems.

Loan amount: $1,000 to $25,000.
Loan term: $1,000-$5,000 maximum 60-month term; $5,001-$10,000 maximum 84-month term; $10,001 to $25,000 maximum 10-year term.
Fees: $250 non-refundable application fee for third party costs which shall be collected after the intent to proceed.
No more than one home improvement loan at time.
No minimum credit score required.

Apply online and select "Home equity," then select "Home improvement" for the purpose. Add "Home improvement loan" into the comments, then complete the form.
