Spanish-speaking members can now access their Everence Federal Credit Union online banking in their preferred language.

Members can access the Spanish version by logging in to cu.everence.com. The web browser language preference must be set to Spanish for members to see the change.“

At Everence we work to ensure our members always have easy access to relevant information so they can make well-informed decisions,” said Kristen Heisey, Everence Federal Credit Union President and CEO. “We are proud to continue translating our materials and accommodating our members — some of whom might prefer to see their accounts in Spanish.”

Online banking is a convenient and safe way to perform transactions and access banking services without going to a physical location. From cashless purchases to applying for loans, online banking helps our members do more in less time.

While the language cannot be changed on the mobile app yet, Everence is working with the app vendor to make that option available in the future.

In addition to online banking, Everence is translating other documents – including Everence consumer loan documents – to provide these resources in Spanish.

“Our staff works with members to make their loan process seamless and well-understood,” said John Martin, Vice President of Lending. “With our loan documents translated, we can reach more members and give them pertinent information so they come to us prepared with some initial information.”
