Recommendations for attendees

As part of our commitment to provide a safe environment at all Everence in-person gatherings and meetings, we recommend the following precautions for our event attendees:

  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
  • If you feel ill, with any cold or flu-like symptoms prior to the event, take a rapid COVID test. Remain at home if you test positive.
  • If feeling unwell or displaying symptoms during the event, take a rapid COVID test and refrain from contact with others.
  • Wear a mask in indoor settings if you are at high risk for severe illness.
  • Be respectful of others and their choices to wear a mask based on their own comfort level.

Due to the nature of infectious diseases, these recommendations are subject to change based on guidance and requirements from the CDC; federal, state and local authorities; other health experts; and the local venue, as applicable. Attendees will be notified in advance of any changes to the event’s health and safety requirements.

Integrity, love and caring have been at the core of Everence over our 78-year history. That's why we're committed to protecting the health and safety of our members, employees and communities.
